Fish cut in to small cubes, marinated in tendering flavoring spices and ingredients and then Barbecued.
Ingredients
- Fish fillets 454 gms
- Fresh ginger 3 small pieces
- Green Cardamoms 6
- Yogurt 3-4 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 15
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Mace 1 small piece
- Orange color 1/2 tsp
Cooking Directions
- Wash the fish and dry properly.
- Cut into medium sized pieces.
- Grind garlic and ginger in to a fine paste.
- Mix all the ground ingredients, color, salt and red chili powder into yogurt.
- Apply to the fish pieces.
- Keep aside for one hour.
- Stick on iron rod.
- Then put on medium flame of Charcoal grill.
- Turn them frequently or gill until nicely browned.
- Serve with mint chutney and rice.
